Cancellation Policy
All Appointments require a deposit when booking. This deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the booked appointment. You may be subject to a 50% charge of booked services if cancelled within 48 hours. If your appointment is cancelled prior to 48 hours of the appointment time you will receive your deposit refund.
You may reschedule your appointment one time. If you need to reschedule multiple times you will forfeit the appointment deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
